On a warm Wednesday I decided to jump in the car and drive to the visitor center in the Oostvaardersplassen. From there, you can start different walks where you walk through different parts of the national park. Starting next to the visitors center, there’s a pond which leads you into a small ‘forest’ type of area. When continuing the walk by following the path, you walk through reed collars which eventually leads you to two different bird hides.
