Despite the rain showers, I managed to take a walk through the nearby woods on Wednesday. I had seen on waarneming.nl that a tawny owl was supposed to be in the area, and after a brief search, I located it. The sun provided some beautiful lighting and after some photos, I left the bird alone again.
